Our cuisine is a symphony of flavors inspired by nature and makes use of carefully selected regional ingredients, such as the famous Piedmontese Fassona meat from “Macelleria Tibaldi” in Bra and, also from this same source, the famous Bra sausage present in several of our preparations. I was here with my grandmother and my uncle and we took the specialty. namely the stuffed potato, I personally the one with sausage and fondue and I found it very good.
