Dume is at Galleria Umberto I° 10/13, 10122 Turin, in the heart of the city just steps from the Roman Quarter. The historic gallery lies between Porta Palazzo and Via Milano, an easy walk from the centre.

Dume serves contemporary Piedmontese cuisine: the dishes of the Langhe tradition reinterpreted with restraint, zero-mile produce sourced from Piedmont producers and fresh pasta rolled by hand. A contemporary trattoria, elegant yet informal.

Dume is open Monday to Thursday 7:30–10:00 pm, Friday 7:30–10:30 pm, Saturday 12:00–3:00 pm and 7:30–10:30 pm, Sunday 12:00–3:00 pm and 7:30–10:00 pm. From Monday to Friday we open for dinner only.

Starters run from €14 to €18, first courses from €16 to €20, mains from €18 to €24 and desserts from €7 to €8; the cover charge is €3.50. A full four-course meal therefore comes to about €55–70 per person, wine excluded, while a first course and a dessert sit at around €25. The full menu with all prices is online and is updated with every change of season.

No: Dume is an intimate room of no more than 40 covers inside Galleria Umberto I, with jazz playing quietly in the background. You can hold a conversation comfortably even on a full evening, and it suits both dinner for two and a working table. For groups we set aside a private space.

Yes, the menu always includes vegetarian dishes. For intolerances, allergies or special needs our dining-room staff are on hand: each dish also lists its allergens.
